Vegan Hazelnut Chocolate Crepes
The best vegan crepes I’ve ever made. These hands down tasted like authentic Nutella crepes. Everyone who knows me knows these were my childhood favourite and this recipe does not lack!
METHOD
Whisk together all the ingredients
Ladle out into a non-stick pan and spread thinly. Flip to cook both sides. Layer with your favourite toppings and fold.
RECIPE
1 cup of plain white flour
460ml plant milk
2 tbsp aquafaba (or just empty tin of chickpeas)
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
